My name is Luca Wilson, born and raised in Birmingham, UK, now based in Bath, UK. I operate anywhere necessary for my clients.
I've always had a drive to understand new technology and with AI being some of the most advanced technology available it was only natural for me to get involved.

All About Me
I started W1 Automations to be able to help others with businesses get through the greatest transition of modern times. In the 2000s and 2010s it was the transition to social media, in the 2020s it is the transition to AI.
Realising this, equipped with my knowledge on Artificial Intelligence, I set out to help other businesses manage the turbulent times we live in. In my free time though, I play guitar, go to the gym and improve my greek!

As you can see on the left (along with a very young looking Luca!) I have a dog called Cassius who is as daft as you can imagine while also being quite intelligent.
It was actually him who inspired me to remember to be opportunistic with AI and have fun with it while also learning about it. To not let the limiting beliefs of "AI IS GOING TO REPLACE US ALL!!" to take hold.

Mission Statement
W1 Automations seeks to innovate and progress the frontier of AI and automation technology and provide this technology to everyone from international corporations to freelancers working from their bedroom. I seek to grow this business with the same dedication to quality, integrity and craftsmanship as my software.
How we operate
It's only fair you should know what the general roadmap looks like before getting on a call with me, as such, I have outlined the process below and even before you look I can assure you...it's faster than anyone else.
Roadmap
Discovery Call Booked
Day 1
So you've decided to book a discovery call and here is where my process starts.
Once you've booked the discovery call I will go through and thoroughly research your business across as many socials I can find, any websites and so on.
This is so I can get to know you and your business better even before we say hello!
Usually 3 - 7 days after booking
If you see it fit, you could book the discovery call same day and get started as soon as possible, or you could book it a month in advance if you have a tight schedule.

Once on the discovery call, I will properly introduce myself and go over the exact details of whichever service you expressed interest in when booking the call.

During the discovery call I will make notes on what I think is important to your business and brand and consider it heavily in my next steps.
Showcasing Call
4 days following discovery call
At a minimum of four days after our discovery call we will have a showcasing call.
In said call I will show you the prototype of the system you expressed interest in and collect any and all feedback from you.

If you're still interested we will agree on a price and contract right there on the call to get everything done and dusted as soon as possible. This is so I can crack on with your service and have it delivered to you with the quality, care and haste it deserves.
Fine Tuning
Every day to two days following the Showcasing Call
After an upfront payment of 50% of the total has been made (for monthly subscription based plans, this is 50% of the first month) I will finish creating and coding your systems, within one to two days and show you the finished product.

If you're happy with it, then I'll guide you through how to install into your existing system or simply transfer it to you depending on the service.
​
However, if you think one or two things could do with some improvements then I will go away and adjust the system as fast as I can to your standards.
​
This process will continue until you are completely satisfied and not a moment prior.
Maintenance
To infinity and beyond
Once everything is transferred, installed and set up, the last 50% of the payment is sent over and one of two things can happen.
​
You can opt in for maintenance in which, for a monthly fee, we will:
- Happily fix any issues that may arise with the system,
- Update the system when we develop a better system for
the same purpose,
- Add you to our referral plan,
- For a heavily discounted fee, add new features to your
system.

Or if you're uninterested in what we have to offer, you can opt out of the maintenance package.
